About Bryan Rudnick…
aka “The Political Divorce Consultant”
Bryan Rudnick is a loving father and husband who has been a professional political consultant for over 25 years.
He has advised hundreds of candidates and campaigns for public office including dozens of campaigns for U.S. Senate and the U.S. House, incumbents, 9 Presidential Campaigns and numerous PACs, non-profit organizations and other for-profit companies seeking assistance with their business or marketing strategies.
In 2009, he filed for divorce from his Former Wife and the hell-like rollercoaster of the Divorce Industrial Complex entered his life. Like Al Pacino tried get out in Godfather 3,
Bryan is trying to do the same but his former wife and her attorney won’t let him.
The litigation has consumed his life at times and cost him a bloody fortune.

No matter what they’ve thrown at Bryan, his love and dedication to his son has motivated him to keep taking the hits and to never stop, even during the darkest of days, and there were many.
During his more than 12 year experience, Bryan has identified and exposed judges who ignored the law, were blatant in their bias, overt racism, and others who outright violated the public trust. Some were dismissed from his case while others were removed from their role as a Judge.
As a result, some have used their role as a Judge to punish Bryan for his actions—in stark contrast to the law and their oath of office.
When the process appears unjust, Bryan challenges it. While he doesn’t always win, Bryan always makes a good faith effort to expose the injustice and criminality of the Divorce Industrial Complex.
It’s a rare day when a judge in family court abides by the Constitution or their oath of office and Bryan is happy to make it known.
Bryan believes a judge has a sworn duty to act in an honorable manner that doesn’t allow others to question their integrity or ethics, yet his experience has demonstrated almost none of them can be held to this standard. After all, they’re human and just as susceptible to corruption as any other politician.
Bryan’s Appeal in 2015 [FL 4D13-1359 and 4D14-1364] has become one of the prevailing cases in the State of Florida for determining child support calculations for small business owners.
While he is still a victim of the Divorce Industrial Complex, Bryan believes there is more work needed to strengthen fathers’ rights and to reform a historically corrupt institution that will only change when father’s stand up and say “No more” instead of running away or bowing out due to the pressure.
Bryan is seeking to leverage his experiences in politics, business, and family court to help other men strategize, plan and overcome the obstacles we face as a result of permitting the Divorce Industrial Complex to enter our lives.
While some may accuse Bryan of swinging at windmills, Bryan’s track record has proven that something is rotten in Denmark and it can now be found in your local family court. He’ll keep swinging until the smell goes away.
